We are currently sourcing a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative for a well-established company in the kitchen cabinet manufacturing and distribution industry. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities for long-term growth. Job Details:
Full-Time: Monday - Friday
$18.00 per hour
8:00am - 5:00pm
Job Duties:
Communicate effectively with customers to understand their product needs and provide accurate information on product availability.
Create, enter, and update sales orders in the ERP system based on customer requirements and requested changes.
Coordinate with internal departments, including sales, accounting, warehouse, and logistics, to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Schedule customer pickups and shipping arrangements with the warehouse team.
Support payment processes by communicating with the accounting department.
Resolve order-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
Assist the sales team with customer follow-ups and order tracking.
Requirements:
Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
Strong written communication and computer skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in customer service or a similar administrative role preferred
ERP or order management system experience is a plus
