We’re seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a collaborative team and support customers throughout the order process. This role bridges communication between customers and internal departments, so strong attention to detail, communication, and Spanish-speaking skills are essential. Job Duties
Communicate with customers in English and Spanish to understand needs and product availability
Enter and update orders in the ERP system based on customer requests and changes
Coordinate with warehouse teams for pickups, shipping, and freight scheduling
Work with the accounting department to ensure smooth billing and payments
Assist the sales team with customer follow-ups, order tracking, and issue resolution
Maintain consistent communication with internal departments to support a seamless customer experience
Resolve order-related concerns with professionalism and urgency
Requirements
Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken)
Proficient with computer systems, data entry, and typing
Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work cross-functionally across departments
