We are seeking a skilled and reliable Cabinet Maker / Installer to join our team for a long-term, temp-to-hire opportunity. This role involves both shop fabrication and on-site installation of custom cabinetry and countertops for commercial clients. Fabricate and assemble custom cabinets and countertops based on blueprints and design specifications
Accurately read and interpret cabinet drawings and layout plans
Install cabinetry, crown molding, and trim at commercial job sites with a high level of detail
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
Work with materials such as plastic laminate (Formica) and Corian
Maintain a clean and organized workspace in both the shop and at job sites
Travel locally in company vehicles to client job sites for installations
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license required
Experience in cabinet making, installation, and trim carpentry
Proficient with crown molding and detail carpentry work
Skilled in reading tape measures and performing accurate layout measurements
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work in a variety of settings
Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and attitude
Must have reliable transportation to get to the shop each day
Ability to pass a background screening
Ability to pass a drig screen
Job Details:
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $18.00 – $23.00 per hour, based on experience
Assignment Type: Long-term, temp-to-hire (subject to business volume)
Work Environment: Combination of indoor fabrication shop and commercial job sites
