Job Description

Job Duties:

Oversee and manage pool construction projects from start to finish.
Supervise and coordinate construction crews, ensuring work is completed efficiently and on schedule.
Read and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and project specifications.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
Operate and maintain construction equipment and tools as needed.
Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to coordinate project timelines and deliveries.
Inspect work progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
Train and mentor crew members to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to best practices.
Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials, and labor costs.
Report project status and any issues to company management.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a construction foreman, preferably in pool construction.
Strong knowledge of pool construction methods, materials, and techniques.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using construction tools and heavy equipment.
Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physical labor as needed.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Job Details:

Monday - Friday
7:00am - 5:00pm (Until to job is complete)
$23.00 per hour
