Job Description

Job Duties:

Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of swimming pools and spas, including skimming, vacuuming, brushing, and filter cleaning.
Test and balance water chemistry to ensure proper sanitation and safety.
Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems.
Identify and resolve issues related to plumbing, electrical components, and pool surfaces.
Maintain accurate records of service visits, water chemistry levels, and any repairs performed.
Communicate with customers to explain maintenance procedures, provide recommendations, and address concerns.
Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Assist with seasonal pool openings and closings.
Handle and store pool chemicals properly to ensure safety.
Stay updated on new pool technologies, equipment, and best practices in pool maintenance.

Requirements:

Previous experience in pool maintenance, repair, or a related field is preferred.
Knowledge of water chemistry, pool filtration systems, and equipment troubleshooting.
Ability to use hand and power tools for repairs and maintenance.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls per day.
Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, work outdoors in various weather conditions, and perform manual labor.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Willingness to learn and obtain necessary certifications if required.

Job Details:

Monday - Friday
7:00am - 5:00pm (until job is complete)
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
