Job Description

Job Duties:

Assist in the construction and installation of swimming pools, including excavation, plumbing, and structural work.
Operate hand and power tools to complete various tasks such as digging, leveling, and assembling materials.
Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
Follow instructions from the foreman and crew leaders to ensure projects stay on schedule.
Help with the installation of pool liners, tiles, and decking materials.
Perform basic plumbing and electrical tasks under supervision.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including job sites and equipment.
Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
Assist with site preparation, including grading and leveling surfaces.
Support team members with various tasks as needed to complete construction projects efficiently.

Requirements:

Previous experience in construction or pool installation is preferred but not required.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials, digging, and standing for extended periods.
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions.
Ability to work well as part of a team.
Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as needed.

Job Details:

Monday - Friday
7:00am - 5:00pm (until project is complete)
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
