We’re seeking an experienced and detail-oriented 2nd Shift Forklift/Case Picker to join our team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. In this role, you’ll be responsible for accurately building case-picked orders for outbound shipments, auditing prep placards, and staging product using a stand-up forklift. Job Duties:
Build accurate case-picked orders for outbound loads
Audit prep placards and stage products accordingly
Operate both sit-down and stand-up forklifts
Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently
Achieve daily production goals
Use RF scanning devices within a WMS (Warehouse Management System)
Perform basic math for case counts, layers, and cases per layer
Maintain high attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and safety
Requirements:
Must be certified/experienced with sit-down and stand-up forklifts
Previous experience in a warehouse environment is required
Proficient in RF scanning and working with WMS systems
Strong math skills for accurate case counting and inventory tracking
Reliable, team-oriented, and able to meet production quotas
