Summary:
Serve as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent communication and service.
Process and manage customer orders accurately using the company’s ERP system.
Coordinate between sales, accounting, warehouse, and logistics teams.
Resolve order or shipment issues in a timely and professional manner.
Support the sales team with follow-ups and order tracking.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers to understand product needs, pricing, and availability.
Create, update, and manage sales orders in the ERP system.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for scheduling pickups and deliveries.
Collaborate with accounting to process payments and resolve billing questions.
Maintain detailed records and clear communication across departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Strong computer and typing skills; ERP experience preferred.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in customer service, logistics coordination, or order processing preferred.
