Summary:
Full-time, hands-on position supporting residential renovation projects
Work closely with supervisors and subcontractors to ensure quality and efficiency
Perform light construction, quality control, and site organization
Requires strong attention to detail, dependability, and initiative
Based out of Ostrander, OH with travel to multiple job sites
Responsibilities:
Travel to and support multiple residential job sites daily
Inspect subcontractor work and verify adherence to quality standards
Direct and coordinate subcontractors on site tasks and priorities
Perform light construction duties, including:
Installing doors, trim, and fixtures (plumbing, lighting, etc.)
Minor framing, caulking, and touch-up painting
Making minor repairs and adjustments across various trades
Maintain job site cleanliness and organization
Pick up materials and supplies as needed from local vendors
Requirements:
Experience of residential construction practices
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various job sites
Physically capable of manual labor and light tool work
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Must provide own tools, including: hammer, impact driver, drill, sawzall, oscillating saw, circular saw, miter saw, and standard hand tools
