Summary:
Openings on 1st and 2nd shift with 12-hour, 2-2-3 rotating schedules.
Pay range: $19.50–$23.00/hr, dependent on experience.
Overtime required as needed.
Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor extrusion machinery to maintain safe, efficient production.
Execute production schedules and ensure product meets quality specifications.
Perform machine setups, inspections, and basic troubleshooting.
Collaborate with and help train Line Operators; maintain strong communication across shifts.
Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all company safety policies.
Hours:1st shift- 8:00am-8:00pm2nd shift- 8:00pm-8:00amOperators work 12- hour shifts, with a rotating schedule of 3 days on 2 days off, 2 days on 3 days off.Will be Training in the 1st shift for 30 days - Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM after that you will be moved to your assign shift.
Requirements:
Prior manufacturing, extrusion, or machine operation experience preferred.
High school diploma or GED required.
Strong mechanical aptitude; ability to understand hydraulics, material blends, and equipment adjustments.
Ability to use fractions, decimals, and perform basic math.
Additional Qualifications: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
