Summary:
Responsible for leasing apartment homes and maintaining strong occupancy levels
Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and current residents
Play a key role in resident satisfaction and retention
Fully on-site position in a fast-paced residential community environment
Responsibilities:
Greet and tour prospective residents through the community and available apartment homes
Process rental applications and communicate move-in details in a timely manner
Maintain accurate availability, pricing, and leasing records
Respond promptly to phone and email inquiries from prospects and residents
Support community events and assist with day-to-day property operations
Requirements:
Work Experience: 1+ year of residential leasing experience and/or customer service or sales experience
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
Property management software experience is a plus: Yardi/Entrata
Additional Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional, customer-focused attitude
Flexibility to work weekends
Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
