Summary:
  • Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production and facility equipment
  • Support continuous improvement and reliability efforts across all equipment
  • Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company policies
  • Collaborate with production teams and assist contractors as needed
  • Maintain detailed maintenance logs and documentation

Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical systems including PLCs, motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and wiring
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks and equipment inspections
  • Fabricate parts and perform installations using shop tools and machinery
  • Locate and retrieve parts and materials using forklifts or hoists
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas and assist with equipment installations
  • Read and interpret schematics, drawings, and manuals
  • Communicate professionally with team members and supervisors

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 2 years in maintenance, mechanical, or electrical repair
  • Strong troubleshooting ability, mechanical/electrical aptitude, and familiarity with PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and use hand and power tools safely
  • Must be willing to work overtime as needed and follow all safety procedures
  • Must pass a background check and drug test
  • Interview required

Schedule
  • 1st Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
  • Rotation: Employees will follow a 3-2-2-3 schedule (work 3 days, off 2, work 2 days, off 3).
  • Shift Rotation: Shifts will rotate every 2 months between 1st and 2nd shift.
