Summary:
Oversee and perform maintenance operations for a residential apartment community
Ensure timely and high-quality completion of work orders and repairs
Maintain property appearance through routine grounds and building upkeep
Assist in unit turn preparation to meet move-in readiness timelines
Participate in on-call rotation and support emergency maintenance needs
Responsibilities:
Perform residential repairs including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
Diagnose issues, repair or replace parts, and ensure proper equipment operation
Complete work orders within required timeframes (goal: 48 hours)
Conduct preventative maintenance and maintain accurate logs
Perform seasonal tasks, grounds upkeep, and maintain an organized maintenance shop
Requirements:
Experience: 1–3+ years as a Maintenance Supervisor
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Certifications: HVAC/EPA Certification required
Other: Valid driver’s license; ability to pass MVR, background check, and drug test
Strong troubleshooting skills, reliability, and ability to work independently
