Summary:
Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production and facility equipment
Support continuous improvement and reliability efforts across all equipment
Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company policies
Collaborate with production teams and assist contractors as needed
Maintain detailed maintenance logs and documentation
Responsibilities:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical systems including PLCs, motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and wiring
Perform preventative maintenance tasks and equipment inspections
Fabricate parts and perform installations using shop tools and machinery
Locate and retrieve parts and materials using forklifts or hoists
Maintain clean and organized work areas and assist with equipment installations
Read and interpret schematics, drawings, and manuals
Communicate professionally with team members and supervisors
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 2 years in maintenance, mechanical, or electrical repair
Strong troubleshooting ability, mechanical/electrical aptitude, and familiarity with PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics
Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and use hand and power tools safely
Must be willing to work overtime as needed and follow all safety procedures
Must pass a background check and drug test

Schedule
1st Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
2nd Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Rotation: Employees will follow a 3-2-2-3 schedule (work 3 days, off 2, work 2 days, off 3).
Shift Rotation: Shifts will rotate every 2 months between 1st and 2nd shift.
