  • 12- hour shifts, with a rotating schedule of 3 days on 2 days off, 2 days on 3 days off.

Summary
  • Full-time Maintenance Technician positions available on both Day & Night Shifts.
  • Work with a leading manufacturer of plastic films and can liners.
  • Involvement in equipment installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Position requires physical activity, problem-solving, and hands-on technical work.
  • Opportunity to contribute ideas to improve operations and workplace safety.

Responsibilities
  • Install equipment and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Training in the 1st shift for 30 days - Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM after that you will be moved to your assigned shift.
  • Monitor machinery for early signs of malfunction and perform necessary repairs.
  • Stage, retrieve, and transport parts using forklifts and hoists.
  • Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, drawings, and wiring diagrams.
  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks such as lubrication, filter changes, and inspections.
  • Fabricate and operate machines including band saws, drill presses, grinders, torches, welders, lathes, and milling machines.
  • Conduct diagnostic tests and repair mechanical and electrical systems including motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, plumbing, HVAC components, and more.

Requirements
  • Minimum of two years of related maintenance or industrial experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience working with mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Ability to read schematics and perform diagnostic evaluations.
  • Welding or fabrication experience.
  • Strong safety awareness and communication skills.
  • Ability To pass a Drug screen 
  • Ability to pass a Background check
