Summary:
Maintain and support elements of the company’s Quality Management System (QMS)
Perform testing and analytics on film products to ensure compliance and quality standards
Maintain calibration records and assist in internal audits
Collaborate closely with the Quality Manager to improve processes and performance
Ensure product quality, consistency, and safety throughout production
Responsibilities:
Verify, calibrate, and maintain testing equipment and related documentation
Conduct product inspections and create Certificates of Analysis (CoA)
Maintain organized lab space and record retention samples
Support nonconformance (NC) and hold processes, ensuring accurate tracking and communication
Assist with audits, system updates, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required
Prior experience in manufacturing or quality control preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic computer proficiency (ERP experience is a plus)
Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs
Must be able to pass a drug test and background check

Schedule
1st Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
2nd Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Rotation: Employees will follow a 3-2-2-3 schedule (work 3 days, off 2, work 2 days, off 3).
Shift Rotation: Shifts will rotate every 2 months between 1st and 2nd shift.
